A digital or analog impression is sent to our lab for prep.

The impression is fabricated and prepped. Brackets will be removed if present. This will help get the model ready for your appliance.

A dental model is placed under a thermal forming machine and along with a plastic disc. With heat, the disc gets formed over the appliance making your retainer. The result is then trimmed to the desired shape.

Technicians will add finishing touches to make sure the appliance is as shiny and sparkly as it needs to be.

The completed appliance goes through rigorous checks and is then sent out through a courier service or, if you're a local southern Californian, Roque will personally deliver it to you,
